Entering into a trust deed with KPMG has been a lot easier than I thought it would be. They immediately made me feel at ease and within a few months I had no more letters or phone calls from creditors. My initial contact was with Holly Ross who worked out a plan that was suitable and affordable for me. Holly was a terrific help and still remains so. I have found the staff at KPMG very helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend KPMG to anyone who finds themselves in a difficult financial situation as I was. Kirsty D

I was over 60 years old had been on a debt management scheme for several years and really saw no end in sight. KPMG were a breath of fresh air. They listened and did not judge me. They were helpful, kind and never once made me feel silly. I was working full time, not really eating properly and on anti-depressents. One year down the line I am still working, happy, healthier than I have ever been and not on any medication at all. I do not dread the post arriving and am not afraid to answer my telephone. Thank you KPMG for my peace of mind and hope for a debt free future.

When your debts get out of control and you need some honest advice its re-assuring to know there are people who can provide that. Chris Malloch at KPMG certainly did this for me. His knowledge of all the options available was first class, he took time out to get to know me and my situation including investigating a few complex issues before providing me with the best solution. Entering a trust deed is a thing where you really need to know all of the facts and exactly where you stand. I spoke with Chris on several occasions before the paperwork was all signed and he certainly helped me with all of the questions I had which helped to ensure a smooth process. Four years later I now my whole outlook on life and finances has changed. I would certainly thank Chris and also the team who assisted me once the trust deed was in progress, very professional people from a very professional company who I would certainly recommend.

I had found myself in a very difficult financial position after losing a very well paid job to redundancy and subsequently having to take a job with less pay. I contacted KPMG and dealt with Chris Malloch who provided the advice I needed, he was completely professional throughout, was non judgemental and took a genuine interest in me and helping me find a solution to my problem. I can now see light at the end of the tunnel and in 4 years time I will be debt free. Without Chris's help I have no idea how I would've ever got myself out of this financial mess. I can't help recommend Chris and KPMG highly enough and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their debts.

I can't thank KPMG enough for all their support and help. They were very professional, easy to talk to and they reassured along the way. Chris Malloch and Holly Crawford were really lovely - it's embarrassing being in debt that can't be paid but Chris and Holly definitely put me at ease and anything I asked, they were happy to help with. For the first time in months I can sleep, the creditors have stopped calling, sending letters and texting. It's a good feeling knowing that my debt is now being managed and that I can start to rebuild my credit file. Thank you

The people from KPMG which I have had the opportunity to deal with over the last few weeks have made the process so easy to understand. They didn't want you getting the wrong information and took as look as it had to to make sure that the correct information had been given. Even after the first telephone conversation I felt that a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

We were in debt difficulties for a while and it took some time to finally realise that we needed help. We were introduced to KPMG by our Money Matters adviser. We met with Chris who put our situation into perspective and went through our options. All our questions were answered honestly and nothing was hidden. Throughout my protected trust deed I was treated respectfully and with dignity by Micheal and the team. We maintained an open and honest dialogue throughout the process and I always felt like I was dealing with someone who was familiar with me and understood my case. Not only was the team professional they were also understanding and took their time to listen.

For my personal circumstances I found KPMG to be very helpful throughout the whole process. Bankruptcy is not an easy option and I was very worried about the whole thing but it turned out to be the only option for me. My initial meeting with Chris really helped to put my mind at ease, he talked me through the whole thing and helped me to fully understand what was involved but most importantly I didn't feel like he was judging me or my circumstances. From then on I found that anyone I spoke to at KPMG was very helpful and if they couldn't answer my question straight away they would always call me back. It really helped to be able to pass all the letters and phone calls over for someone else to deal with and I feel they really helped to make a very difficult situation a lot more bearable.

I felt as though I had no way to deal with my debts, it was usually a case of robbing Peter to pay Paul and round and round it went. I was determined that I would meet all my credit commitments but it was spiralling out of control. KPMG were recommended to me by a family member, I phoned them and immediately Hazel Caan put my mind at ease by explaining my options. We arranged an appointment to see Holly Ross who explained what a trust deed was and how it could help me. I was never made to feel stupid or embarrassed by the situation I got myself into, and was never put under any pressure to enter into any agreement with KPMG. They (KPMG) sorted out everything for me and left me with cash to spare every month. Soon after the letters and phone calls from creditors stopped because now I had the experience and expertise of KPMG in my corner. Holly Ross was and still is a terrific help and is still just a phone call away to help me with any questions that I might have. I am now a year into my 4 year trust deed and have no regrets about my decision. It is very reassuring to know that a debt free future is possible. I would definitely recommend KPMG to anyone who finds themselves in the same stressfull situation that I was in. Lee S

After my husband and I found ourselves in financial difficulty after an accident that put my husband out of work and with us expecting a new baby and me having to come out of supply teaching. We found we were unable to manage to continue to make the payments to the creditors. With continual calls, letters and threats, my husband and I were sick with worry. In the end up I went searching for help on the Internet and we came across KPMG. After speaking to one of their colleagues over the phone. I immediately felt reassured. They were going to help us resolve this problem. They spoke about setting up a protected trust deed and they did explain the full implications of entering into this. Leaving my husband and I to think about it. After discussion we agreed this would be the best option for us. We entered into the protected trust deed which was all organised by KPMG, a few forms for us to fill in but other than that it was relatively easy and quick. The phone calls stopped and so did the letters. We are very happy with how KPMG after review of income and expenditure have sorted out a manageable monthly payment that we can make back with regular reviews of our account until the term of the protected trust deed is over. We can now see an end in sight and it is such a relieving feeling. We must comment that one of the things that has very much impressed us from KPMG is that we have had the one person Jade Broni dealing with our case now for sometime and she is amazing. She takes the time out to listen, helps allay an concerns we have and she is so knowledgable about our agreement with KPMG. Her dealings with us have been fantastic, she is very quick in replying to any correspondence we send and she is great at advising us and keeping us right with anything we are a little confused with. Great job KPMG, keep up this fantastic work. Sarah and Michael

I would certainly recommend KPMG to others facing unmanageable debt. I first spoke to Chris who talked me through the straightforward process he was knowledgeable and reassuring at a stressful time. I can now plan a future without debt. ?PMG are a global company so I felt confident they would be there to the end. The help felt local and non judgemental.

My husband and myself felt as though we had nowhere to turn, and nothing we could do would sort out the financial mess we were in. We had foolishly got ourselves in a deephole, which we had been trying to get out of for years. it was awful. Then a family member told us about KPMG. We were so nervous, embarrassed and sure there was no way out. when we met our KPMG representative,Caitlin McChaughie. We were put at ease right away. her knowledge and compassion were amazing. There wasnt a question that Caitlin couldnt answer. And even options were offered! Once KPMG became involvev, that was it, we could sleep at night. we didnt even need to speal to any creditors. just a call and KPMG staff would contact them for us and reassure us. We cannot thank the staff enough. We have peace of mind. We now know we will be debt free in the near future. Cannot recommend KPMG enough.

As most people in a similar situation would probably find, the decision to seek assistance with my financial situation was a long time coming, and hard to make. From the beginning, both Hazel and particularly Holly from KPMG made the process as easy as possible. The depth of their knowledge and Holly's approachable and friendly manner put my at my ease and reassured me that it would all be handled well. Holly guided me through everything step by step with clear information and plenty of updates. She was always available for any queries - no matter how daft I thought they were! Subsequent to the scheme being accepted and underway, Holly has continued to be a great support, very knowledgeable and quick to deal with difficult creditors or other issues or queries. I am delighted I decided to go with KPMG as money advisors and cannot recommend them or Holly highly enough. I just wish I had done it sooner and saved myself months of sleepless nights and worry. The future now looks much brighter and is in no small part due to Holly and KPMG and the combination of friendly, approachable communication and deep expert knowledge. To anyone in a similar position, I'd say take positive action and allow the experts to help you as they've helped me. You won't regret it.
