“Didn’t turn up for pick up at the time they gave (2.20pm). Didn’t answer their phones when finally got through they immediately hung up. Finally turned up at 2.50pm. No apology no reason given. Incredibly rude and arrogant driver. Would NOT recommend or use again.”
