The service has been excellent during the previous two months; there was some downtime before the election, but things have been excellent since then. I understand that it may be unavailable for a day or two at a time, but that is the nature of automation. You must deal with it and trust that the crew will solve it so that you may build your account. I've tried other firms, and they only respond to emails every 2 or 3 days, which is inconvenient."
