“They delivered my ordered cycling helmet on time without problem. The helmet is great but the sizing is slightly different to other manufacturers, meaning it was awkward in choosing the right size for me as I could either fit a small helmet or a medium sized one!”

“Easy to order on line, first class delivery, arrived sooner than expected. The pedals are just what I was looking for and perform excellently when riding the bike. They are very comfortable and the shoe stays firmly in place thanks to the design of the pedal. Would recommend these to anyone.”

“I accidently mistook bike grips for motorbike grips. I bought them for a present for my chap!! When they arrived and he opened them he said straight away they were wrong. He called Kustom Bikes and explained the situation. Without hesitation the chap on the end of the phone was extremely helpful and told us to return them. I was refunded fully. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Kustom Bikes for my mistake and would highly recommend your customer service. The products arrived extremely quickly too. Apologies to you and thank you again. Denise”
