“I was disappointed that the custom cap was made of plastic/nylon and had a flat design underneath. I may have looked passed this, but the side of the cap was white where you could cleary tell it was plastic. Plastic white against my Thomson stem just cheapened the look of the bike. Cool idea using fine art as the cap image, but try again. Perhaps if the art image wrapped around the side of the cap or was black instead of white?”
“Was not pleased with lag time between order and delivery. Much slower than other sites. Also, I called and emailed for customer service and was never contacted.”
“I recently made two orders from Kustom Ventures. The second one was perfect! Love the personalized stem cap. It’s amazing. However, the first order I made had an issue: I ordered a red bolt but the one that arrived is very much pink. I also got red valve covers in the same shipment and they’re not even remotely the same color- the valve covers are red, the bolt is pink.”
“Read the instrutions before submitting custom pic. I didn't get what I wanted because I just upload pic. Custom cap still looks OK, just not quite what I wanted.”
“Products were of good quality but, did not order the correct items. Thought items selected included expanding plugs but price only includes the cap. Now have four caps and bolts but no way to use in handlebars. Purchased from a different vendor and plugs were included with price. Bad assumption.”

“The aluminum material is appreciated but I thought the printing was not a solid and crisp as I would have liked or as shown on the website. Being that this is all about appearance, it’s a bit of a let down. Considering the price, if asked if I would purchase again, I would not.”

“This is my 3rd purchase since 2019(?). However, only one of the caps has come out exactly as I wanted. I wish that customers could see how the customized product will look before it is made. On the two previous orders, I wish the lettering was a little larger and went around the cap.”
Hi Chris, I just checked your order and it looks like you ordered "Dark Gold" and not our regular "Gold". Dark Gold is definitely more Orange per our color charts on every product page. Please feel free to return them for an exchange to Gold. -Dan
