Refund - Difficult

Booked a same day mobile tyre fitting. Took my booking, time slot & money. Booking confirmation received. An hour later a phone call received to say they couldn’t do it today and it would be a two day wait before they could proceed. Refund would take 3-5 days. Why take the booking if you can’t do it. Dishonest. Now stranded.

He then tells me that I can't have a refund today because I had paid on-line, and that the employee who deals with refunds wasn't in.

I have only given 1 star as can't give a minus ! Car booked in for service and MOT for 10 weeks - paid upfront. Arrived at the centre to be told "we don't do an MOT on a MONDAY". I could go into all the ins and outs of the conversation that followed but I wont bore you all. Suffice to say, they lied about trying to contact me, their customer complaints email seems to disappear into the great beyond and their refund policy is a very unfunny joke - took my cash 10 weeks before my appointment but apparently I have to wait a minimum of 10 days to get a refund !! CLOWNS - BUT KILLER ONES !!

The point of the above statement is for the driver of the Fiat 500 to raise her concern and I am sure she will get a fair refund.

I have contacted customer service, his response is "they have already invoiced the 4 wheels and the installation and there is no refund.

Booked a MOT at Nailsea branch and after a 30min wait they refused to test the car due to a faulty boot latch??? What they should have done is do the test they had been paid for and fail it on the fault, I then had to waste more time calling head office for the refund, the Nailsea manager was unhelpful and condescending, this is the second poor experience at this branch and it will be the last.

Fortunately I was able to cancel and was promised a refund in 3-5working days.

We were unable to contact due to out of hours, spent a long time on hold this morning trying to get a refund but we were unable to get through to an agent.

My husband demanded a refund as he needed his car for work, they've yet to refund him and now because the car has been sitting for over a week, the driver's side tyre now needs to be replaced.
