I ordered a Christmas Advent House. The whole point is that you get it before 1 December. No sign of it, no indication of when it will arrive despite being way over the delivery date & no reply to my chaser email. Really poor customer service.

AVOID the compagny ! Delivery service very poor. Parcel got delayed twice and instead of a 3-5 days delivery as written on the website, I am still waiting for the parcel after 12 full days. It has also been 4 days I don't have any help from the customer service. POOR SERVICE. AVOID.

The customer service at La Redoubt appears to be non existent. Email’s are ignored, phone lines never available and as a last resort have got Resolve involved. So far this has been ignored too. Their choice of delivery service, Evri nee Hermes matches them for atrocious service. Still waiting a delivery after ten days. Avoid both these awful companies

Finally, the bed arrives and now it's 2 weeks I'm trying to make an appointment with the delivery company, that apparently is calling me but I don't have any missed calls.

On the 24th received an email from them that I could expect the order to be handed over to the carrier in the next 4-5 working days! In this age of next day delivery by many online retailers taking 10 days to pick and dispatch an order is appalling! Calling the customer service line is a waste of time your left waiting for an eternity.

Brought saucepan set said in stock then received an email saying waiting for stock from their supplier. Still awaiting delivery over 2 weeks later.

Terrible. Ordered clothes to be told the delivery would take up to two weeks ( this should be clear when ordering) Made another order and paid to be told that this item was out of stock and a refund will be made. Would not bother again.
