Después de pedir dos asientos en noviembre de 2025 y pagar más de 1000 € por adelantado, la fecha de entrega finalmente se acercaba en febrero de 2026. Tras solicitar una fecha de entrega más precisa, me informaron de que su proveedor entregaría los sofás en la tercera semana de febrero, tras lo cual tardarían entre ocho y diez días más en entregarlos en mi casa. Para mi sorpresa, una semana después, el pedido se canceló sin previo aviso y me devolvieron el dinero. Esperé más de tres meses y cancelaron mi pedido con la excusa de un problema técnico. Los asientos siguen a la venta en Internet. Tenga en cuenta que La Redoute no se toma muy en serio el servicio de atención al cliente. Es difícil ponerse en contacto con ellos y la información que proporcionan no tiene sentido. Perdí tres meses de mi tiempo esperando. Evite comprarles.

I placed my order. Only one item turned up. I emailed and was THEN told supplier had run out of stock. So they will refund in 3 to 5 days. Just not good enough. Take your money. Then don't bother telling you they're out of stock. TIL you ask them where your item is. Never again!

Nous avons commandé un canapé, mais le produit livré était défectueux à Pantin. Les livreurs l’ont immédiatement constaté et l’ont retourné sur-le-champ. Par la suite, nous avons contacté le service à la clientèle : l’agente a refusé de coopérer, n’a proposé aucune date de livraison plus rapprochée et aucun accommodement. La faute est entièrement de leur part, mais aucune collaboration n’a été offerte pour une livraison plus expédiée. Ils nous ont donné un délai de trois mois pour une nouvelle date, soit le mois de février 2026. L’agente a même refusé de consulter ses supérieurs pour trouver une alternative autre qu’un simple remboursement. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus du service. Une entreprise devrait au minimum offrir une solution raisonnable, surtout pour un canapé défectueux et un délai aussi long. Je ne recommande pas.

Even 1 star is too much for such an unprofessional company. They are charging me for an order I canceled at the very beginning, and they keep sending constant payment reminder. Very poor customer service....NEVER BUY!!

In terms of returning items I had a bad experience. Once I had to call them few times in order to get my money back and another time I never got my money back. So unfortunatly I have decided to not buy anything more to la redoute!

For whatever reason the delivery co. Evri they use, cant deliver to me. Ordered and paid twice for an item; First time they returned it to the depot for no reason what so ever, didn't even try to deliver it so went straight to La Redoute who refunded me my delivery fee but of course I have to wait for the full refund of the item and they re-ordered it for me and the same happened again. What is going on? I use Evri for everything and never had an issue with them so am baffled and La Redoute are very difficult to get hold of. I want my money back please and an explanation. Will NEVER buy from them again and would not recommend them if asked.

They promise delivery in 5 to 7 days. The courier twice cancelled delivery 2 hours before the time slot, 'loading error', in other words, they had lost the bed. Next delivery is expected one month since order. Neither La Redoute nor the courier seem to know where the bed is. Avoid this company.

Got a smashed parcel and 2 bathing suit bottoms while I had ordered a top and a bottom. When I called for an exchange, they told me I had to return one bottom for refund and pay again for the bathing suit top I had already ordered and paid for. Not French luxury, rather bad customer service and a company not owning its mistakes...

I ordered a table for my birthday. It arrived with a broken shelf inside. Instead of celebrating, I spent over half an hour explaining the issue to customer support. They mistakenly created two return requests — both scheduled for the wrong day. I wasted half of that day waiting for a courier who never showed up. Yet both requests were somehow marked as “completed” by the delivery company (Evri). A new return was scheduled, but I received no time slot until the very last moment. While all this was happening, my replacement table was delayed by several days. When it was finally supposed to arrive, I waited over two hours after the expected time — nothing came. So now I should contact their Support again. On top of it all, the table looks cheap. Worse than IKEA quality. Definitely not worth the price. I will never order from this company again. This was an exhausting and frustrating experience from start to finish.

Awfully terrible company. Ordered on 1st Nov, never received order after 4 weeks. So I cancelled the order, 5 weeks later no refund and only automated replies. So I'm now starting legal proceedings to retrieve MY money. Don't waste your money here, far better companies available in España

Just don't! I was sent chairs instead of the stools I ordered 36days ago. I returned everything over two weeks ago. After countless call and emails and after doing everything they have asked they still have my money. Terrible company!

La redoute send broken and damaged goods, do not respond to multiple emails spanning WEEKS unless you leave a damaging review, at which point they suddenly respond within minutes and then want to waste more of your time to send back goods that will end up the skip - they can’t resell the item, they want me to wait in all day for a collection after ignoring me for weeks and worsted their carbon footprint unnecessarily. Nope 👎 poor customer service and poor morals. Ive quite clearly demonstrated the product is useless and damaged. Further to this, they also removed my review from their own invite, as it ‘doesn’t meet their policy’ - despite it saying on their websites that they offer transparency with their own in house review platform. A chargeback is going to cost them more with bank fees, but so be it.

La mia esperienza con La Redoute è stata un incubo dall'inizio alla fine. Le date di consegna sono state continuamente disattese, con ritardi di settimane senza alcuna comunicazione chiara. Quando finalmente i miei ordini sono arrivati, erano entrambi ERRATI! Mi sono ritrovata con mobili incompleti e articoli che non avevo mai ordinato. Nonostante chiami e scriva all'assistenza ogni giorno, mi dicono che mi daranno una risposta entro 24 ore e poi NIENTE, silenzio stampa. Non sono ancora stata rimborsata e non mi offrono nessuna soluzione. Continuano a rimandare, senza mai prendersi la responsabilità dei loro errori. Non consiglio La Redoute a nessuno. Se state pensando di acquistare da loro, fatevi un favore e rivolgetevi altrove. È un rischio che non vale la pena correre!

Coffee table arrived broken. Their phone number doesnt even ring. Whatsapp gets no response. After attempting to place a review on the item I ordered I got a generated email saying it didnt meet their standards and would not be posted. I then got an email from them and thought I was getting somewhere but 2 weeks later and several ignored emails....nothing. No contact, no refund, no replacement - they just took my money and vanished.

Please don’t waste your time on LaRedoute. Poor communication. Absolutely terrible service. Order : 0241771255300 I have waited for delivery almost half of a year and never received it. Order placed with only 1 item was canceled as apparently didn’t manage to deliver. Delivery happened with zero communication, even so I chaised couple of times. I re-order the item via phone, promised prompt delivery. I insisted to contact me before delivery. At 12:00 had a call, at 13:00 gave a call back and even giving address for picking up myself. In addition confirmed this all via email. BUT again received re-fund with not much explanations.

Almost everything I had ordered came wrong!Had ordered cusions covers and fillings. One of cusion cover came completely wrong. Than two days later all the cusions fillings came in wrong size! They want you to return it, in your nearliest DPD collection point, which is 40 km away from me. Than wait another 20 days for their refund, but in meanwhile order again the "right" product! Who has a time for it!

Order never came - chased for over 10 days and wasn't PROACTIVELY kept updated by the business- Very poor internal systems of keeping the customer updated. Their systems need to be changed - very surprising - I order online all the time and have never had a situation where a retailer has such bad communication methods / basically none at all. Very surprised.
