Absolute disaster! I have been running after my refund since October 2022! Each time it seems my email is not really read and I am put off. NEVER AGAIN! I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!

I put an order in on the boxing sale where items where up to 50% off but when I received the goods I was charged full price. I emailed them twice stating this but the robotic staff replied both times that i must have missed the promotion. The promotion is still on and was at the time of ordering. I have returned the goods and will be closing my account when I have cleared my last payment as they do not consider the customer complaints as important.

La Redoute asked for my feedback after purchase. Then they sent me an email saying my review has been reviewed and will not be published! Censorship. I will copy and paste it here instead! Nice rug, shame about the delivery I ordered in mid-October and it was delivered early December. Personally, I'd rather they'd have said it was Out of Stock as waiting this length of time, with next to no communication from La Redoute was very frustrating. Also, when I eventually got the despatch email I got very excited (in false hope), but then the delivery company did not actually receive the item for another 5 days and I did not get it for another 2 days. In this day and age of online shopping, La Redoute seems VERY behind the times. I also get pestered with text message adverts. I tried to reply NO and then found out that this would cost a charge! I am really fed up with La Redoute and won't order from them again: for the long, poorly communicated wait for stock, for the slow delivery service, for the spam emails and text messages which charge to cancel. The rug itself is as expected. But had I known of the palaver in getting it, I'd have ordered another rug elsewhere.

Terrible company. Ordered two benches, one arrived and one didn't. After lots of chasing, given a refund, no explanation as to where the other bench went. Tried to reorder using the phone number and email address given as the bench on the website had doubled in price and told this was the only way to get at the same price. Phone lies terrible, no-one answers after waiting over 20 minutes multiple times. Multiple emails which took over 10 days to get a response, they were useless and I was told to call the number... I am only giving 2 stars as the one bench actually arrived, we are pleased with. However, will never order again from this company. I ordered nearly identical benches from Wayfair and they arrived the next day.

Orders take weeks to arrive. This is my third order that has taken ages to arrive. 8 days after ordering and it still hasn't been sent. It is clothing that was in stock. The last order took 2 weeks to arrive. Most orders online are next day or 3 at most. However tempting, I won't be ordering again. They need to get their stock and logistics sorted, especially given the amount of competition.

I ordered a Christmas Advent House. The whole point is that you get it before 1 December. No sign of it, no indication of when it will arrive despite being way over the delivery date & no reply to my chaser email. Really poor customer service.

You are an absolutely awful company that deserves nothing but a bad review! Customer Service sends automated replies and NOTHING GETS SORTED. I made a purchase on 18th of October , returned goods the same week and have not been refunded for 6 weeks now. I have been refunded for 3 items but I returned 5 54.11 pounds you still owe me !! I do not understand why I have not been refunded for everything, it's been returned all in the same parcel I have been regular customer shopping with you every months I am absolutely devastated with the way my return was handled If you don't refund me the rest of my money I will be phoning my bank, its ridiculous Thanks for nothing

Hier een uitschuifbare lattenbodem van bijna 200 euro gekocht met 5 jaar garantie De latten waren van andere kleur en kwaliteit dan afgebeeld. Van de 28 latten waren er na een half jaar nog 5 heel. Opties van de klantenservice die ik kreeg waren het product omruilen voor dezelfde slechte kwaliteit (maar dan moest ik dat wel allemaal zelf overnieuw bestellen, prijsverschil van 80 euro voorschieten en dan maar hopen dat daadwerkelijk terug te krijgen) 16 euro korting of een waardebon van 40 euro bij besteding van 100 euro in hun winkel (uhmm nee dank je). Wat een slechte kwaliteit, mentaliteit en service, zeldzaam zo slecht. Oja, voor ik die korting van 16 euro mocht ontvangen wel eerst 5x heen en weer mogen mailen, met allerlei verzoeken voor er überhaupt wat werd ondernomen. Top!

Awful product quality and customer service. I bought a media unit and a bedside cabinet at the end of august. Very shortly after there was a further reduction but they would not honour this, meaning that I felt a little ripped off. When the items arrived, the bedside table was damaged. It took so mich effort to get an answer from customer service. I ended up returning the item, Evri lost it, and then I had to chase up numerous times before I got my refund. Not good enough that the item was faulty in the first place, but then the repeatedly poor service was inexcusable. Avoid.

I received a promo code through the post a few weeks ago, it was pretty advantageous so I decided to use it. It didn't work. Multiple times. I waited a couple of weeks during which I was told their IT team didn't have an ETA to fix the issue. I contacted customer service both via email and via phone and they advised me to place the order and then request a refund. I was in two minds as to whether I should as I generally don't trust customer services but I had this advice in writing so I went ahead and placed the order. I then contacted customer service again via email, twice, and two different people confirmed that the refund had been applied to my order and that I'd receive the money within 2 to 5 days. I waited a week before chasing them; today I have been informed that the Marketing team doesn't think I'm eligible for the promotion and therefore I am not getting the refund. I can't return the items as I've removed the price tags. Scammers!

On May 9th 2022 I ordered matching bed quilt sets for my two bedrooms for a total of 601 Euro. I received part of this order in May and another part in June. To date: October 5th 2022 I have only received 2 of the 6 quilts, and 4 of the 12 cushion covers. I wrote to the company every 4 weeks over the past 6 months and was repeatedly told the items would arrive, that there were supply chain issues. On October 4th after threatening legal action I was advised I would be refunded for the missing items. I explained this was no use – I needed to return the items I had as the quilt sets were not complete and no use to me like this. I was told this was not possible. So in effect I have lost 225 euros as I can not use the partial bed linen set. I acted in good-faith, waited more than 6 months whilst they were advising the items would be delivered. Now I learn they will not. I would strongly advise customers to avoid purchasing anything from La Redoute, I wasted months waiting and hours writing to these people – and was treated totally unfairly. Il 9 maggio 2022 ho ordinato dei completi copripiumino coordinati per le mie due camere da letto per un totale di 601 Euro. Ho ricevuto parte di questo ordine a maggio e un'altra parte a giugno. Ad oggi: 5 ottobre 2022 ho ricevuto solo 2 delle 6 trapunte e 4 delle 12 fodere per cuscini. Ho scritto all'azienda ogni 4 settimane negli ultimi 6 mesi e mi è stato ripetutamente detto che gli articoli sarebbero arrivati, che c'erano problemi con la catena di approvvigionamento. Il 4 ottobre, dopo aver minacciato un'azione legale, mi è stato detto che sarei stato rimborsato per gli articoli mancanti. Ho spiegato che questo era inutile: dovevo restituire gli articoli che avevo poiché i set di trapunte non erano completi e non mi servivano in questo modo. Mi è stato detto che non era possibile. Quindi in effetti ho perso 225 euro in quanto non posso usare il letto parziale set di biancheria. Ho agito in buona fede, ho aspettato più di 6 mesi mentre mi avvisavano che gli articoli sarebbero stati consegnati. Ora ho imparato che non lo faranno. Consiglio vivamente ai clienti di evitare di acquistare qualsiasi cosa da La Redoute, Ho perso mesi ad aspettare e ore a scrivere a queste persone e sono stato trattato in modo totalmente ingiusto.

I have had various pieces of furniture delivered 2 damaged dining tables 3 tv units have been offered discount on table and tv unit , although I’m getting told that only 1 of the tv units have been returned when 2 have been returned, and I have already paid for the tv unit, have been trying to get this resolved by telephone and email, constantly telling me they will sort it out and email me, but they never do , am I best to take this matter to court

AVOID the compagny ! Delivery service very poor. Parcel got delayed twice and instead of a 3-5 days delivery as written on the website, I am still waiting for the parcel after 12 full days. It has also been 4 days I don't have any help from the customer service. POOR SERVICE. AVOID.

Ordered a sideboard , lamp and some faux grasses. All arrived within 10 days, tracking on the smaller items was a little off but the large item via panther was excellent. All products were in great condition

Ordered a rug on 31st aug that was showing in stock. On contacting customer services on 7th Sep they generated a barcode for courier (evri). It's 11th Sep, courier status is still showing as they are awaiting to receive the item. Absolutely disgusting speed. Waiting to see what finally arrives.

Had a job to register a heated throw from La Redoute, on the silentnight website. La redoute were on the job immediately, phoned me twice and sent me 2 emails. Also which is unusual these days i was able to speak to a advisor. WELL DONE GUYS

The customer service at La Redoubt appears to be non existent. Email’s are ignored, phone lines never available and as a last resort have got Resolve involved. So far this has been ignored too. Their choice of delivery service, Evri nee Hermes matches them for atrocious service. Still waiting a delivery after ten days. Avoid both these awful companies

AVOID. Took over 5 weeks to get a delivery to me. That should have took 3 days. Kept saying warehouse delays. When it eventually got sent out - there were items missing and the awful ‘Hermes’ evri didn’t deliver 2nd part of parcel. They agreed to a refund after 4.5 weeks of unanswered emails by customer service and phonecalls. Then issued the wrong refund. Only when I escalated it to Resolver and Retail ADR did they come back and try to resolve it. They have confirmed a refund has been issued but will not give the ARN number which proves the refund so I can check with my bank? Still not received in back account. Honestly awful awful company.

What a farce of a company. Bought a desk that arrived damaged so called customer services to arrange a replacement. I was told they would arrange a courier collection (the dreaded Evri!) and that I would be refunded when it was received back. In the meantime time I had to pay for a second desk in order to get a replacement. Didn't seem right but, stupidly, I did it anyway. Well, surprise, surprise the second desk also arrived damaged! That's two broken desks and two payments! Frustratingly Evri kept failing to collect the damaged desks using various untrue reasons, eg unable to access property, collection cancelled etc (we were always home waiting for them and certainly didn't cancel anything!) I STILL have a blinking huge package containing an utterly useless desk in my house. It's in my way and, until it is picked up I can't have a refund. Despite numerous calls la redoute refuse to use a different, reliable,courier service or offer any refund because they don't yet have the desk back. If I could drop it off on the blinking doorstep - I would!! Instead I have to continually wait on for arranged collections that simply never happen. Utterly appalling customer service by agents that get significantly aggressive in their response when you disagree with them. I will avoid this company like the plague in the future and urge anyone else to do the same.
