I ordered a table for my birthday. It arrived with a broken shelf inside.
Instead of celebrating, I spent over half an hour explaining the issue to customer support. They mistakenly created two return requests — both scheduled for the wrong day. I wasted half of that day waiting for a courier who never showed up. Yet both requests were somehow marked as “completed” by the delivery company (Evri).
A new return was scheduled, but I received no time slot until the very last moment.
While all this was happening, my replacement table was delayed by several days. When it was finally supposed to arrive, I waited over two hours after the expected time — nothing came. So now I should contact their Support again.
On top of it all, the table looks cheap. Worse than IKEA quality. Definitely not worth the price.
I will never order from this company again. This was an exhausting and frustrating experience from start to finish.
