La redoute send broken and damaged goods, do not respond to multiple emails spanning WEEKS unless you leave a damaging review, at which point they suddenly respond within minutes and then want to waste more of your time to send back goods that will end up the skip - they can’t resell the item, they want me to wait in all day for a collection after ignoring me for weeks and worsted their carbon footprint unnecessarily. Nope 👎 poor customer service and poor morals. Ive quite clearly demonstrated the product is useless and damaged.
Further to this, they also removed my review from their own invite, as it ‘doesn’t meet their policy’ - despite it saying on their websites that they offer transparency with their own in house review platform.
A chargeback is going to cost them more with bank fees, but so be it.
