“Ordered a sideboard , lamp and some faux grasses. All arrived within 10 days, tracking on the smaller items was a little off but the large item via panther was excellent. All products were in great condition”

“Had a job to register a heated throw from La Redoute, on the silentnight website. La redoute were on the job immediately, phoned me twice and sent me 2 emails. Also which is unusual these days i was able to speak to a advisor. WELL DONE GUYS”

“We were so wary about ordering after reading some poor reviews - however, we really didn't need to worry. Tracking progress before dispatch wasn't great. But when order was ready, we were kept well informed and delivery process was smooth. Packaging of items (bedside tables) was brilliant - very secure and well padded, particularly considering outside box was very battered. Items themselves are lovely - we have shopped around for 6 months looking for what we want. They are well made, great price, and good quality. Drawers not very smooth to open and close, but overall, so impressed.”

“I am very happy with all my purchases from this company. I love the nyong curtains and have a few pairs. Like how you can see from the inside out but not from the outside in. Not sure how that works but it does. Also a lovely round jute rug now ordered in a larger size. Sorry do not know how to add pictures”

“Fast delivery free on click and collect. Fast delivery. I bought Elina bed linen sets and worth mentioning the colours are lighter than pics on website, grey green and Rose Veneto. I'm keeping though as pleased with the quality and 40% reduction in sale. Recommended”

“First time purchasing from La Redoute and I'd ordered the Waska dining table. There was a minor delay in delivery (4days) which I was warned about via email. 2 weeks laters the table arrived via Panther couriers who also commuincated with me about the delivery for the 48hours prior to delivery. Very well packaged, in fact sooooooo much packaging. Thus item was pristine, undamaged and didn't take me long to assemble. Great quality too, SOLID! Very happy with the whole experience.”

“I have Not any trouble with LaRedoute in 2 years and some reviews here are extremely pathetic and childish. This is a mail order obviously drop shipping a lot of their goods, fact is they are good for returns, good for refund and good for delivery, I have my stuff delivered to a local Newsagent as I work a lot. Also, most of my stuff comes within a few days, however some stuff can take up to 14 days so if YOU have Zero patience then it’s not for you. Excellent service keep up the good work.”
