“I ordered a linen vest from them. It took 2weeks to arrive at the click and collect address. Very happy with the style, quality and colour. Love this top.”

“I have just received an order of children’s summer clothing. It is the first time I have used a La Redoute. The items are lovely. Excellent quality materials, and I particularly love the styles and designs. Very child friendly. The items are all really comfortable and it looks to be durable too. My only criticism is that the sizing appears to be quite small. My daughter is a petite age 6 and I’m not sure we’re going to get a huge amount of wear in terms of sizing. Also, the items did take over two weeks to reach us. Understandable with the current situation but slower than other companies.”

“Have been a customer for many years. Something has happened to them lately. Booked a collection a week ago normally takes 2or3 days but still not picked up. Have booked again but time will tell if it will be collected. Am losing confidence them.”

“Great clothes. Sizes can be a little erratic. Delivery a bit slow when using click and collect but excellent when having items delivered straight to home. Always offering special discounts which means clothes that aren’t in the high street are a little more reasonable”

“I ordered some really nice quality products in 40% discount on Nov 10 and when it came to checkout, I was informed that due to high demand there may be delays in delivery. I read some negative opinions earlier so I was a bit concerned that they may finally cancel my order but I decided to wait and see. On Nov 16 I got an email about delays again and on Nov 17 that my order is being prepared. About a week later I received my parcel, everything was there and nice quality as expected. I'd be completely happy if they gave me some more specific delivery dates.”

“Very good value for money and my granddaughter liked the fashion styles. They don't charge for delivery if you pick it up from a local shop, which I find easy to do, and more convenient because you don't have to wait in for the delivery.”
