Don't order from them. First order - ordered a vase , turned up as a shelf.
Was then told to order again at my expense and return the shelf which I did. Nearly 3 weeks on from original order and still no refund. Second order - ordered at my expense to replace first one , parcel now lost. Pathetic service. Understandably not all la redoute , obviously couriers have part to play , however in this day and age this is just not acceptable. Will not be ordering again
