“This was my first order with La Roche-Posay and, unfortunately, it was a very poor experience. The delivery took far longer than expected, and when my order finally arrived, it contained the wrong products despite the order being worth £64.80. I was only given a partial refund of £34.40, with no clear explanation as to how this amount was calculated. Even more disappointing, they refused to resend the correct items and instead asked me to place a new order which when I went to place the order was no longer eligible for the 20% off. Customer service was unhelpful both over the phone and online. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I would expect from a well-known brand. When I put my review on their website I received an email saying your review can not be published. Unfortunately your review has been moderated and cannot be published on our website.

They told me to wait until I get the package then return it at my cost. They know people can’t afford to lose $30 for shipping. Order from Amazon, it’s cheaper.”
