“I think the site has good leads for job opportunities, but I didn't like that many times if I clicked on a job to learn more information I would be taken to an "upgrade membership" page that didn't allow me to see the job listing. I found that to be obtrusive and counterproductive to using Ladders, which forced me to use free sites like Indeed and Glassdoor much more frequently. Ladders could do a better job of not forcing members to use paid features, and I strongly believe Ladders would have more members if it improved that issue.”
