“After being out of caravanning for 10 year I have just purchased a Bailey Unicorn Cadis from Lady Bailey. Great service and help from all the staff. A very good price given on the new caravan. Handover of the caravan was very good, all items demonstrated and all question answer. I could not have asked for a better experience.”

“We were served by Simon who was a very pleasant non pushy salesman who helped and advised us with any questions or queries that we had. Very straight forward sale and hand over. When we asked for an extra to be added this was done with no quibbles. When we went in for the handover of the van Alan(the delivery man) was very helpful and made the handover very easy to understand. Many thanks for a smooth and pleasant transaction.”

“Fantastic service, nothing is too much trouble. First rate guarantee on caravan. We wouldnt buy a caravan anywhere else, and have been buying from them for years. Really good prices too.”

“Everyone at Lady Bailey is thoroughly professional and helpful at all times. Les Cutler is a gentleman. Dawn, Jerry and Corien in the office are absolutely brilliant at sorting problems. Staff in the workshops second to none. Having bought a new caravan from Lady Bailey we have no doubts about recommending them to others. We travelled down from Cheshire to buy our van and it was worth the journey, we are so delighted with the company we intend to return every year for annual service. Jayne and Tony P.”

“Good value, competitive on price and trade-in. Gave me trade-in price over the phone and on the day there was no quibble, they kept their word. Very efficient and pleasant people to deal with. Les and Michelle looked after us very well.”

“Visited LBC at the beginning of July whilst on holiday in Weymouth. Salesman Les Cutler was very helpful, and offered us a generous trade in on our existing Bailey caravan, against a need model that we saw. This, combined with a little further negotiation sealed the deal, and the following day we paid a deposit. Our own van was checked over a few days later, and we arranged a day to exchange in mid July. We are now happy owners of a newer and much upgraded Bailey Caravan. Dealing with LBC was a pleasure. the whole team were professional and courteous at all times. The icing on the cake was a two night stay at nearby Wareham Forest caravan site, where we had a lovely weekend, courtesy of LBC. Thoroughly recommend this company, would definitely buy from them again.”

“We found all the staff at lady bailey very helpful when we collected our new pegasus genoa in June. And we had a great time staying at Wareham forest touring park for the weekend which was very kind. And also a big thank you to les for all is help thanks again john and June.”

“My Wife and I purchased a used caravan, via the Lady Bailey Caravan website, from our home in Switzerland with a view to picking it up some months later on our return to the UK and the commencement of our retirement. This was our first foray into the great unknown of caravaning and we must say it was a pleasure to deal with the knowledgeable staff advising us along the way and for Les' patience in showing us how everything worked upon collection. “We were very well looked after by Simon and after a fair appraisal, we received a good price for our old van, after picking up our new one we had a couple of issues (as you would) these were sorted immediately and we are now happy caravanners, on our way across Europe.”

“Bought our first family caravan from Lady Bailey a few weeks ago. Whilst we have not yet been away in it, we have slept in it twice on the driveway! The children and the dog love it!! Really great, knowledgeable staff and service. The caravan was well prepared and presented, all the arrangements went without problems, and the handover was excellent. Have already recommended you to friends!”

“Fantastic service, we travelled from South Wales for this van and it was well worth it. Les accurately described our caravan and nothing was too much trouble for him throughout the whole deal. Van is smashing, very pleased, would highly recommend and not hesitate to travel to buy again in the future. Thank you”

“Very helpful knowledgeable and friendly team with a great selection of new & second- hand caravans to suit all budgets and families.
