“Ordered products as Christmas presents on 17th December, but still no sign of them. Contact at Lafantine not particularly helpful. This company no the most speedy for delivery, but this time it’s a joke.”

Hi Anna, we are also very disappointed. We messaged you directly with our reply a couple of days ago. Royal Mail has had significant difficulties coping with the overload caused by the pandemic and the Christmas season. They have assured us they are catching up as quickly as possible. Good evening, we apologise for the unacceptable delay. Royal Mail has really struggled this year and we are seeing extensive delays across both their 24 and 48-hour service. All our customers have been affected in various ways. I would offer to send you a replacement but as we are about to hit the Christmas break any shipments now won't arrive until late next week earliest. We will check again straight after Boxing Day to see if your delivery has arrived and if not will be happy to ship again or offer a refund. Once again, our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. The team always include free Dermalogica samples and my most recent order contained a luxurious shampoo sample by way of introduction to a new brand.
