“Bought a new covolo seat from them. It was very poorly made. It had a hole where one of the flashes had torn away. The flashes looked like they had been cut out by a 3 year old with plastic scissors. The stitching was appalling. I had to return it which cost me £15 in postage. They wouldn't reply to my request for a postage refund. So I lost the money”
