“Scam company. In their terms they outline their cancellation and returns policies. I abided by them and emailed right after my order was placed to try and cancel as I ordered the wrong item. I emailed again the next day. Several days later I get an email from their “customer service department” saying “We are so sorry as we reply emails in the order they are received. So till the time we got your email, the order was already shipped out.” They should honor the fact I canceled my order before it was shipped as emails are timestamped. I shouldn’t have to wait around til they get to checking their email, what they do with their time over there is Not my responsibility.”
“They sent me someone else’s order and then wouldn’t send me mine until they received the order back which took weeks. They also didn’t reply to multiple emails for weeks”
