Ordered bathing suit and ups said it delivered but it could not prove delivery. Lands End supposedly reshipped and said ups took it to post office but it was never delivered.
Lands End told me they weren’t responsible. After the second shipping failure I will never order from Lands End again. They have screwed me out of $85.
Worst customer service ever.

Delivery is good. Is not so good when you order a size that always fits you and then it is tooooooooo big. Have to pay over $13 Canadian to return it. Also, the quality is not what I would expect. Have ordered 5 items and I can say that for all of them.
