Long-time customer with a closet full of Lands' End clothing spanning decades, but EVERY purchase over the past two years has been a complete disappointment. The quality, both in material and design have diminished SIGNIFICANTLY. It's not even a shadow of its former self. Sadly, AVOID.

I agree with other customers regarding the $8.95 processing fee. It’s outrageous . I brought the item to a happy return place . I do not think I should be charged anything to return an item that’s perfectly intact with tags and all. Nordstrom’s has free shipping and returns all year. So does Zappos and many other companies. That’s it for me . I’ll be shopping elsewhere

Ordered a bathing suit top . Paid $58.69 with tax and shipping fees. Didn’t care for the fit. Returned item and was credited $39.79 with shipping and additional fees. What a ripoff. Will never order again.

Their children's clothing runs very short. Of course, their product descriptions do NOT share this information. So, I pay $60 for an order and even though I've returned all items, I only receive $40 back and I have nothing to show for that $20 loss. I'll. NEVER. Shop. Them. Again!!!

Title: Lands’ End Has Lost My Trust – Beware I’ve been a loyal Lands’ End customer for years. As a 65-year-old senior, I depend on companies that stand behind their products with honesty and integrity. Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case here. Last season, I ordered my 5th and 6th Tugless One-Piece Swimsuits, expecting the same durability and quality I’ve come to rely on. But one of the new suits—maroon in color—began to fade badly after just a few uses. The fading followed the exact lines where the suit had been folded and stored—clearly a defect in either the fabric or dye. I reached out, assuming they’d do the right thing. Instead, I was met with an exhausting back-and-forth: requests for photos, tags, order numbers—you name it. After jumping through all their hoops, I was finally told I could return the suit using a free return label. So I should invest more time to make a return. No apology. No offer to replace the item or help me reorder at the original price. Nothing. It’s now high season, and I’d have to pay nearly four times the price (plus shipping) just to get a replacement. Lands’ End clearly prioritized protecting their bottom line over doing right by a long-time customer. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s exploitative. If a company won’t stand behind the quality of its products, especially for loyal senior customers, what does that say about its values? I recommend you think twice before supporting a business that treats its customers as disposable. Lands’ End has lost my trust—and my business.

Ordered bathing suit and ups said it delivered but it could not prove delivery. Lands End supposedly reshipped and said ups took it to post office but it was never delivered. Lands End told me they weren’t responsible. After the second shipping failure I will never order from Lands End again. They have screwed me out of $85. Worst customer service ever.

I just ordered from Lands End for the first and last time. Paid $8.95 for shipping. One of the items I didn’t like and the second, I liked but it didn’t fit. I have to pay another $8.95 to return the item I didn’t like and then another $8.95 for shipping for the exchange item. Additionally, I won’t get credit for the “exchange” for 3 weeks - the sale could be over by then. I’m a big online shopper - making purchases at least once a week and often more. Even cheap, overseas locations have more customer-friendly practices. Writing this, I’ve decided I’ll just look for similar jeans elsewhere and not bother with the “exchange.” Done with LE, which is a shame because the quality appeared to be good.

Lands' End did NOT make me happy. I have purchased 3 Lands' End coats. One coat is a "Women's Squall Waterproof Insulated 3 in 1 Parka". The lining can be removed and worn as a lighter weight coat. I love the coat but the zipper had never worked well and now it won't work at all. I bought it 5 months ago. Lands End say its over the 90 day return policy. While they would let me return it for a refund, they can't send me another one because it is out of stock and they have no similar replacement. They would not pay for me to replace the zipper elsewhere. I bought the coat to take a a cruise which will involve some cold weather locations, since the lining can also be used as a lighter weight coat. But now I can't zip the coat so I won't have the 3 in 1 coat I wanted. Frankly the zippers on the other two coats have not worked well either. Beware of buying from Lands End, especially any coats that have a zipper. I done buying from Lands' End.

I returned a men's jacket (a classic squall type - typically around $80) due to a broken zipper. I received the jacket as a gift so I did not have a receipt, but was told that I will get merchandise credit for the value of the jacket. The store employee wasn't sure of the value, so they sent it to the factory for a determination. Well today I got my merchandise credit: $5.00. So now you know, a Land's End jacket is worth less than a cup of coffee. If you decide to buy from Land's End, keep in mind that they do not stand behind their products.

The water/bathing blue pants and long sleeved rash guard with nice print in the front are fabulous. I have worn them snorkeling in Puerto Vallarta and this picture is in Aruba. I do not have to use sunscreen much and I swim so easily with these tight but comfortable clothes on. We walked 1mile in the heat with these clothes on! No issues;) Such a great product!!

I have been a Lands End customer for over 20 years.... All my dealings in the past have been pleasant. Here is my issue..... I ordered several different items around Christmas time (2024) and most of them were shipped via UPS. I only have a PO Box address. Several items were accepted and delivered by UPS to my PO Box address. On multiple occasions, items were sent by Lands End via UPS to me and the items came as close as 10 miles from me and then UPS posted a note on the "tracking" info that they don't accept addresses with a PO Box. They then sent the package back to Lands End. This caused a big delay in me ultimately receiving the items. Most all the items were gifts. If Lands End uses a shipping source that doesn't deliver to a PO Box, then it should be known upfront when the customer is ordering off their site. I've contacted Lands End Customer Support/Service and all I got was a lame excuse on the shipping when I asked why did some packages get delivered by UPS to my PO Box and some not.... but Lands End did finally resend my item via USPS - Priority which helped me ultimately get the item. Currently I am still waiting on an item I ordered on 12/18/24 - It was suppose to be a Christmas Gift..... Bah HumBug! I will seriously have to decide if I will use Lands End anymore. Their products are wonderful but the shipping is a totally different experience......

Poor Poor customer service. Never got a straight answer. Ordered a tote bag on 12-12-24 it was suppose to ship between 12-26 and 12-31. We it still has not arrived. Called multiple times and they said they would do an express shipment to help out. Now in transit for 4 days. I called I did chat they were always saying a new story. Very long term customer, but this was the last

It wasn't a complete fail. I bought a holiday wreath. It came in an enormous box where the wreath was allowed to bang around inside of iot box. There was some minimal damage but the wrath was still useable. It was just stupid to not put packling around the wreath.

This company is unethical and predatory. I placed an order on a Sunday. By Wednesday, the order disappeared from my account, and I was never charged. So, I placed another order on a Thursday. At 6:00am on Friday, the order that disappeared reappeared, was charged, and overdrafted my account. I called to address the issue, they refused to assist in any way. I called a mere hour and a half after the recharge, as I was sleeping. Now I have Christmas gifts and medication for which to pay and no money until next Friday.

Have bought from LE for years. Most recent purchase was a great disappointment. I bought 2 long sleeve shirts. The description was supima but I found it to be cheap broadcloth. Have been a sewer for years so am familiar with the quality of material . Also important, LE has poor visible construction of the articles. Both items had puckering on the back of the sleeves. Sad about this as I always had good results before. Not knowing what exactly the quality of the material is a big minus with returning fees.

I ordered a pair of their Starfish straight leg pants on January 14, 2024. They "supposedly" shipped the pants on January 19th, however, no one seems to know where the package is and I still do not have the pants. Tracking keeps saying in process. NOT out for delivery. I emailed them and they took 2 days to respond and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience and that the pants shipped. Now why does it take 6 days to pull a pair of pants off their shelf, put them in an envelope and mail? While I really like their pants, I'm going to have to find a more reliable brand.

I ordered two cotton turtlenecks through Land's End. Nice! Good price, fit well (men's M), look good, and are comfortable--except I don't like the spandex or lycra they put in the fabric--makes it too limp.
