Poor Poor customer service. Never got a straight answer. Ordered a tote bag on 12-12-24 it was suppose to ship between 12-26 and 12-31. We it still has not arrived. Called multiple times and they said they would do an express shipment to help out. Now in transit for 4 days. I called I did chat they were always saying a new story. Very long term customer, but this was the last

Have bought from LE for years. Most recent purchase was a great disappointment. I bought 2 long sleeve shirts. The description was supima but I found it to be cheap broadcloth. Have been a sewer for years so am familiar with the quality of material . Also important, LE has poor visible construction of the articles. Both items had puckering on the back of the sleeves. Sad about this as I always had good results before. Not knowing what exactly the quality of the material is a big minus with returning fees.

I’ve been buying Lands End for over 20 years. Quality of the clothing has gone down as I see the same products I have bought multiple times feels and looks bad from its original. Different colors of the same product feel differently. Waist bands are poorly made. Sale prices are jacked up when the sale price is what I originally paid. Sad. Was my fav clothing company. Not anymore.

When I spoke with customer service, because they had sent me the same item twice, they refused to admit that it was there error! They refused to fix the problem! Also , I had to ask them about 10 times to cancel another item! They kept saying they had, but not true! Something very fishy going on here! Really RUINS the shopping experience! Puts the onus on me to do the hassle of a return, when it was not my mistake !!!

I ordered two swimsuits, both with DDD caps. However I got one with huge caps (bigger then my regular DDD bra caps) and one with kind of C size caps. And that was not because they sent the wrong size, the tags on both says DDD. Withe their price I was expecting to get better product!

Price for luggage was good. Received package. Product was crimpled on the corners from manufacturer. Replacement was sent immediately in time for flight. Second piece of luggage was not much better for product quality. Used it anyway. Learned my lesson. Will not purchase again. Product should be inspected for defects before sending to customer

I haven't purchased a sweater online in a while, but is this how pockets are made now (in China)? Not sewn-in, but attached to the garment with strings? What happens when the strings break?! Yikes!

i received Girls Long Sleeve Button Front Peter Pan Collar Knit Shirt for girls, where said 100% cotton!!! i was surprise! cheapest quality, shirt polyaster or syntactic, not even looks like cotton! very bad this is Land's End

Lands End used to be such a great company -- but you're now just stuck in the past, and merchandise control has gone totally downhill. Your returns are also completely antiquated in an age of Amazon, Zappos and even just plain Macy's. I purchased 4 sets of school uniforms, trying to find a fit for my daughter. One skirt would fit, I would rebuy the SAME item in the SAME size, and the skirt would be two sizes too small. Really a pain to deal with this. Then, in order to return, rather than seeing the item online and clicking that you're going to return it, then generating a label and a form for your records, you have to painstakingly go through a paper return label with no pictures -- so you have to hunt for numbers. Antiquated, irritating system which is a waste of time and, to some degree, a disrespect for customers. Then -- instead of having an email and online record, you have to scan everything to prove you've returned. And go to the post office to get a receipt rather than UPS just scan and send you email. Think about upgrading your vendors for quality control and your returns process. I will search out another vendor next time.

I am wearing a turtle neck from Lands End that I seriously bought 15 or 20 years ago. I looks like the day I bought it. My last shipment of 5 shirts just arrived. The material is thin, the sizes not right, the fit is terrible -- sleeves too tight, stretch material is like thin gauze. Won't order again. Goodbye old friend

After a recent purchase, I was once again bombarded with advertising from Lands' End. I bought a pair of 'fine cord' trousers, as I had previously bought cords from them which had lasted well. Sorry to say that these are thinner and all round cheaper in design and fabric. I need a spare pair, so will not be returning them, but I wouldn't buy them again.

The free shipping was enticing, as was the 100% satisfaction guarantee. But I was not happy with the item. and was prepared to pay return shipping. However, when I received my credit, Lands End also subtracted for their original free shipping!! I won't order an item to hope to be satisfied. What a scam. I won't order from them again.

I ordered several pieces of mens and women clothing. One shirt from Indonesia (who would know their US sizing) cost me 50% of the cost of the item to return. I will never shop on line with Lands End and since there are not any stores in Florida I had no choice but to ship back. Not a good business practice. Good By to Lands end. Suggest to all- buy American for Jobs for our children. Yeah USA!

I have to agree that their coat zippers have gone downhill. This is the second winter coat I bought from them with a faulty zipper. I called customer service and the woman was trying to tell me that it was not the zipper but it was me not knowing how to use it. "Zippers are tricky" she said. At that point I mentioned that I have a doctorate degree and I mastered zipping up my clothes back in kindergarten. So yeah. All their coats have the same zippers she said. As such, I am returning this one and buying from a company that buys good zippers!

I have purchased underwear for my husband a couple of times from Lands End. After a few months the underwear starts ripping away from the elastic band. I have called Lands End and they tell me I must send back the underwear and they will send my out new underwear. My credit card is charged and will be credited back once the items are returned. I find this practice not acceptable. I am willing to take pictures and email them the pictures. I know have three more pair that are falling apart. This products is not cheap. Guess I will not be buying underwear from Lands End .

I bought a jacket/coat from Lands' End and I couldn't believe the cheap zipper that was on this jacket/coat. I have many of your winter jackets and none of them have this kind of plastic like zipper. Unfortunately, I threw out the box before I realized this. My family has bought many pants. shirts, underwear, pajamas etc. and I am so disappointed in the quality of this jacket/coat. Your going down hill.

What has happened to Lands End? I've been purchasing from them since they first arrived in the UK in the early 1990s, and I've relied on them for good quality, well fitting clothing at reasonable prices. In recent years quality has nosedived on fabric quality, manufacturing quality and consistency, and size consistency. At the same time, prices have risen to a level that is not justifiable for mid-range, everyday clothing. Sort yourselves out LE - you used to be good!
