The free shipping was enticing, as was the 100% satisfaction guarantee. But I was not happy with the item. and was prepared to pay return shipping. However, when I received my credit, Lands End also subtracted for their original free shipping!! I won't order an item to hope to be satisfied.
What a scam. I won't order from them again.
