When I spoke with customer service, because they had sent me the same item twice, they refused to admit that it was there error! They refused to fix the problem! Also , I had to ask them about 10 times to cancel another item! They kept saying they had, but not true! Something very fishy going on here! Really RUINS the shopping experience! Puts the onus on me to do the hassle of a return, when it was not my mistake !!!
