I agree with other customers regarding the $8.95 processing fee. It’s outrageous . I brought the item to a happy return place . I do not think I should be charged anything to return an item that’s perfectly intact with tags and all. Nordstrom’s has free shipping and returns all year. So does Zappos and many other companies. That’s it for me . I’ll be shopping elsewhere

Want to return an ugly dress and was considering an exchange but their methods are impossible. In this day of free shipping and easy returns, they are horrible.
If I wanted an exchange it would take 3-4 weeks to get the new item and I would still have to pay 6.95 for shipping back original dress.
