“Horrible customer service, the web site is dishonest in practice. I ordered one item and I received two and when I tried to contact them about it they said to send the second item back at my expense. Very unprofessional place to get involved with.”

Ordered an item from Langley models and unfortunately I was sent the incorrect item. I tried to resolve by e-mail and after a couple of exchanges I was asked to provide photographic proof of the incorrect item (I guess they didn't believe me). Photos were sent, not response. I rang to speak to 'Ian' who began to raise his voice on the call. I politely asked him to refrain from speaking to me in such a manner and he simply hung-up the phone call! I have subsequently been forced to engage my bank to recover the cost of the item on my behalf. Will never deal with this retailer again.”
“It was not clear when I bought the model that I needed specialist modelling skills and tools to drill out the holes and assemble the model. When I pointed this out they were rude and abusive to me using terms like "arsey". I will never deal with them again.”
