“I consider that the lessons should be better prepared. For instance, the topic of the lesson should be decided before the lesson and the student should prepare and read about the topic. I consider that talking about random things can be difficult for the students.”

I understand that you've tried an unstructured approach as your tutor was given the impression that this was what you wanted during the trial session. She'll provide more structure from now on. There is nothing logical to me about Skype. At times I can't hear, other times I can't read...

Thanks a lot for your feedback Caroline. Sorry to hear that Skype hasn't been working so well for you. At least Olivia and Alfredo have managed to help you a lot despite this! Skype works fine for the vast majority of our students but we can't completely avoid problems due to the internet. We suggest turning off video if the connection is weak, and/or reinstalling the latest version of Skype. Have a nice evening!
