They take your money and you can't access the course, then you can't get on the exam, followed by passing the questions and having confirmation of this to be told you failed due to using external material. This was allowed in the exam and was shown before I started. This has happened twice now so please don't waste your time and money with this monopolist company”
“LANTRA - BUYER BEWARE!!!
Lantra hold themselves out as being a 'fit and proper' company but are in actual fact dishonest. They left a FAKE review about our company on Trustpilot by providing a fake name - and we were actually a paying customer of theirs!
We subsequently made a formal complaint through their so-called complaints procedure whereby they defended their fake review by saying it was factually correct, after they had already gone to lengths to disguise its origin, which we caught them out on.
Their CEO Marcus Potter and his underling Robert Tabor accused our company and members of staff as fraudulent, simply for not removing a Lantra product listing within a ridiculous timeframe.
Their Quartz system is a joke, it routinely crashes, and looks like it has been coded by a 5-year old child. Lantra will demand payments upfront when you enter a learner onto their awful Quartz system and DO NOT REFUND regardless of whether a learner goes through with their assessment or not. This means YOUR company will have to bear the cost of customer refunds (in accordance with the relevant consumer legislation) and Lantra will keep your money as they are not required to refund your business with it being a business-to-business transaction - even though they bear ZERO costs.
They are industry experts in red tape and bureaucracy and they have treated our company very badly indeed, and I have no doubt they have treated other companies with similar contempt.
