“Be careful - hands down this is most likely a fake shop. Shop pretends to be based in the UK selling deals of all sorts. However, it is actually operated out of China.
I, unfortunately, ordered a nice book case for my kids from the website. Time passes by an no bookcase is being delivered. Eventually, I receive a small letter / envelope from China, which contained some sort of ugly mini Tupperware of the size 15cm X 10cm x 2.5 cm. Checking the order numbers I finally figure out this is the supposed bookcase delivery.
Now the full drama starts:
First complaint: I get a standard email back (no apology) just offering me a 5USD rebate (considering I paid 30+ EUR and received an item that's probably worth 0,50 USD) that's a pity
Second and third complaint: Never a real response to the content of my emails, but an automatic email offering me 7 USD and 9 USD rebate, respectively.
To cut things short: eventually, I managed them to get me some return mailing address (note: sending packages back even for this envelope is 40 EUR from Germany). Whoever wrote me , insisted I should use the cheapest way to send the goods back (which of course is untracked). - Easy way out since you can never prove, you send back anything...
Anyways, this is a very professionally set up fake store.”
