“Colis international perdu, après plus de dizaines d’appels et des mails envoyé à la poste (et formulaires remplit sur leur site web), on m'a simplement répondu que le colis est perdu et il n’y aura pas d’indemnisation. J’ai du à passer par le service de la mediation, et après avoir écrire des lettres et fournir tout les preuves, la réponse : 51 € d’indemnisation (valeur colis + frais envoie ~ 300€), et ça, après quasi un an de galère). C'est du vol pur et simple, commis au vu et au su de tous. Le mot « honte » serait dénué de sens s'il était employé à leur égard.”
