“ Ordered item showing in stock on Wednesday morning, paid for Thursday (next day) delivery, informed Wednesday night that there was a problem and delivery wouldn’t be Thursday. I had no update by lunch Thursday so rang for a refund but was promised I’d get it Friday which I did, no delivery refund. Perhaps 2 star is a bit harsh but it was for a bday on Friday so not being here was a let down ”

“ The solution was a small refund which if I was to go to Windows direct does NOT cover the cost of the upgrade. ”

A bit disappointing but I could live with that. After 3 days I check my order to find not dispatched yet! I send a query and am told it will come in a further 2 days. That then passed and still no delivery so I cancel the order and order elsewhere for next day delivery which was honoured. Still awaiting refund! ”

“ I needed a laptop for using in hospital. I informed LD that I would likely be moving to another hospital so paid for next day delivery. Next day all I received was a poorly written excuse and a offer to reschedule. I chose to cancel the order, now I am waiting for a refund with no clue when I will get my money back. No laptop and a bitter taste. I would not recommend this company. ”
