“I am always extremely happy with laredoute children's clothes. Good quality and they wash really well. I always search on the laredoute website first, before anywhere else, when I am searching for my daughter's clothes. each season I manage to find something a little but different than the clothes on the high street. My reason for the 4* is that at busy times of the year I.e. during sales or Christmas, delivery is a little bit slow. They do let you know when your item has been shipped so are kept in the loop. I lover the sales they have - you can pick up some great bargains. I will continue to buy from them.”
“I could cry! I'm struggling as don't hardly have money and this business told me they never received my return parcel with items I ordered but their courier collected it! Now they won't give me my money back. I'm distraught cos I needed the money for my childs bedroom and now I'm nearly £££ down and they will not even answer to my emails..I keep crying cos bank can't do anything cos it just looks like a transaction on my statement and they say they sent things to me but they haven't at all. Now I'm stuck cos I can't afford to buy what I need cos everything is a struggle as it is. I only wanted to decorate my kids room cos they being bullied about bedroom being for babies when they're a teen now. Now I dont know what to do cos can't even buy any curtains now.”

“Ordered goods. Didn't arrive. Emailed and told would be arriving soon. Didn't. Rang. Was told items now out of stock! Reordered different items and told items in stock. Checked order 2 days later to see order cancelled - not by me - as one item out of stock. Rang. Customer service dreadful. Very rude. Unhelpful. Wrote to MD and CEO. Got a call very quickly and told someone would be dealing with problem. Ordered goods. Told 7-10 days. Didn't arrive. In constant correspondence. Eventually got goods under good will gesture. Have been told moving warehouse causing problems for many weeks. British customers not top of the list to get goods. All in all having shopped with Laredoute for about 10 years will no longer shop with them.”
