I bought a g3 starlight 1mw laser for 99 euros.
I received the product with a week of delay, despite the promise of a shipment in 3/4 days.
The product was already used, damaged and not working. I sent them tons of mails and I opened 2 RMA requests. NEVER REPLIED. INEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Fortunately I had paid via PAYPAL and I had my money saved after I opened a PAYPAL CLAIM.
This company should be BANNED.”
“These are a scam company. You think you are buying through a uk store but it is based in the Netherlands. They take your money and then send you a faulty item. That’s the last you here from them.”
