“Nordstrom order came with box smashed and item stolen out. This is not my first issue with lasership. Order from Abercrombie showed delivered with pictures and when I went to retrieve immediately package was gone. Nordstrom was awesome at credit. Abercrombie told me to foff.”
“I ordered some clothing off the Hollister websiite, and it said it was being shipped with LaserShip. Okay, no worries. I guess it'll just be a bit late. Wrong. It was very early... shipped to the wrong address. I had to walk across the street to pick up the package, but I spent hours on the phone with Hollister and LaserShip to figure out where it was, when I finally found the image on OnTrac of the location being incorrect. For one, never ordering online from Hollister, and two, when I see a package from LaserShip, I will always request it being sent back because I can't risk that happening again.”

But let me add, I will NEVER order from Walmart again their customer support is worse than their in store shopping experience.

“This company’s OnTrac subsidiary is the WORST! Vitacost sent me an order which OnTrac delivered to the wrong address. I never got a notification to alert me that the package was delivered so I had no way of knowing to look for it. After waiting a couple of weeks I queried OnTrac about my order and tracking number and come to find out they posted a picture of my package at someone else’s doorstep. After communicating with OnTrac about it they said it took long for me to notify them and there's nothing they can do about it and basically I was out of luck. How pitiful is that? OnTrac is the worst shipping company EVER!!!”
“My packages (ordered well before Christmas) were delivered--with picture--to a house that was clearly not my house number.
Another time, it simply said it was delayed--without acknowledging an estimate of delivery or an apology that it had gotten to their warehouse and then somehow disappeared.”
“This company constantly says that the package was handed off to a person, yet I find it thrown at the end of my driveway. One time, it was raining the night before until early morning. The package stated it arrived at 8:36pm (actually it states that time, every time!) This time, the package was completely dry, except where it was partially in a puddle, so I know it didn't arrive until the rain stopped. It has never been handed off to a person, they just chuck it from their car as they drive by. As someone with mobility issues, I often order online because it is hard for me to bring packages up my stairs since I need one hand on my cane and one on the railing.
They never provide a picture, which is a huge red flag that they aren't providing the service that they claim.
My USPS, UPS, FEDEX, Amazon and DHL drivers all bring my packages to my top step. All, but USPS, provide photographic proof of delivery.

“I’m convinced this company doesn’t exist. They “delivered” a package and emailed a picture that’s not my home. 3 of my neighbors have had the same issue and were sent the SAME EXACT PICTURE. So they just steal your stuff. Says they are located in Diamondale,MI. The picture on their website is fake. Google Earth the Address and it is a rundown building with a different name on it. Can’t contact them, they contract all that out to another company. I suggest everyone that has an issue, file a police report and contact the BBB. Screw this company.”

“Every time an order changes to Lasership delivery, I can expect at least a three to ten day delay. They NEVER arrive on expected date by vendor. This time their website OnTrac said additional information is needed, but there is no contact information on the website, and I have never been contacted by them, spent over an hour online for a chat and information, finally told it would be another 1-3 days. I would NEVER pick them as a delivery service, and would give them NO STARs if that were an option. I still have not received my package.”
“Awful just awful. I cannot believe MLB use this service stated my package was not delivered because there was no access code. No access code is needed. The driver was just pure lazy and didn’t want to drop the package off and Customer service is giving me the runaround, repeating the same thing over and over and nobody knows where my package is”
