Absolute worst!!!!!! Lasership has given me an exception twice!!! The first shipment went exception and took forever and now my order has been sitting 30 min away from me for a week and went over to exception. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are unreliable and should be shut down!!!! Do. Your job!

If you are expecting a delivery from this company all I can say is kiss it goodbye. I have yet to receive an order from ANYWHERE that uses these thieves! Tracking is a joke, “delays due to weather” when it’s been nothing but beautiful out for weeks, marked delivered at 10:22 pm but got that notification at 4am. Yet nothing was EVER delivered. These are crooks! Thieves. It’s a scam! The BBB is only able to publish one out of every ten complaints because there is so many!! State they will “investigate” then basically tell you that you’re a liar that the investigation shows it was absolutely delivered even though my 4 security cameras tell a different story !!! My local news channel even did a story on this scam of a company!! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS!!🤬

Very disappointed that some brands and companies use lasership as their delivery. Ive placed order on NHL website November 25st, the package was picked up by Lasership next business day, and it is December 13th and I still do not have my package delivered or even any updates regarding my order. I try to contact their customer support, but i only received email that they could not help me with my order details. Awesome! now my family would not get their Christmas Presents because of lasership!!! I am very disappointed and angry!!!!

I can't believe anyone is worse than Fedex, but Lasership definitely takes the award for the worst delivery service ever. IF you tracking actually updates at all, it will only update to "We're sorry but delivery of your package has been delayed. Please continue to check your tracking for real time updates".. and you can continue checking until your blue in the face but it won't change. Good luck getting any packages from them, if you see a lasership # on something you order, CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!! I'm SHOCKED Kohls uses them.

I don’t understand how this company is in business. Package never arrive. One the tracking info was never updated. I waited 2 weeks and then requested a reshipment from the company only to have my original package show up after all. A month later according to the tracking number the package doesn’t exist. I have a new shipment from a different company and laser ship excepted the package and it says it’s in routers but tracking information hasn’t been updated in over two weeks and I’ll be super surprised if I see that package. I requested a refund from the company. I will not be making purchases from companies that ship with LaserShip.

My girlfriend was expecting a package that was signed for by a fraudulent receiver who forged her signature for a $50 purchase. The receipt on the order says "Left with person" with an incorrect signature that she recognized is not hers. Why does Amazon continue to support a company that has time after time disappointed customers and lost their packages due to package theft, misplacement and the likes? They clearly due not care to provide quality service. Their slogan is a STRAIGHT-FACED LIE; "Our Mission. Our mission is to help our customers succeed by delivering their packages across our network safely and on-time. We get it there – every package, every day." What kind of company dissatisfactorily spits in their customers faces so commonly, and why does Amazon continue to endorse them, let alone use them to ship packages? This company is absolute trash, and I'm livid that my girlfriend had the dissatisfaction of going with them.

Had two packages coming. Order the items 11/24. Still no packages and no updates. These were Christmas gifts for my daughter. Called the company that I purchased from. They sent reorder packages out but unfortunately many of the items were now out of stock but were not two weeks ago when I placed the orders. Very upsetting and just don’t understand Lasership! Are you stealing peoples packages? You can’t talk to anyone and when you file an investigation it says 48 hours to investigate. I investigated 12/8 today is 12/11. Still no answers.

Horrible service! They lost my package and they never called me to let me know, they lost my wedding dress and I just found out! Great I don’t have my wedding dress now congratulations! If you reading this never trust this company.

I have two seperate orders from two seperate places and companies. Both are going on 3 weeks still sitting in the lasership facility with no movement. Assuming they are lost or stolen at this point. I hope they enjoy my daughters xmas that i can no longer order because it is out of stock

Any company that chooses to use this service is asking for complaints and headaches. Fake deliveries, stolen packages, no discernible customer service. If you see you have a Laser Ship delivery, go buy a lottery ticket. Odds are you will win before you get your package.

I have 3 packages from 3 different companies all stuck in transit at the same location with LaserShip. It has been over a month for one package and 3 weeks for the others. I can’t re-order the items they are out of stock. Not just at the original retailer, but everywhere else as well. These were Christmas gifts and some were the only items requested. I ordered early and now I’m screwed because of this shipping company! I am at a loss of what to do. I tried called the warehouse where the items are “stuck” but the voicemail message says “voice box is full”. Sad and frustrated that they are allowed to get away with this!

If anybody gets an order from somebody with a lasership tracking number just ask for a refund. They stole your package

Ordered a product over two weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Now my order is saying that it is about to be returned and I NEVER authorized a return of any kind. Looks like I'll be joining a community of people who never got their packages.

I have NEVER received a delivery from LaserShip that was in any way NOT a problem! It's ridiculous! You can get no information. I even tried signing up for text notifications and even that was a problem! Why are they still in business?!!

Online shoppers please check with the retail company before buying. To make sure they are not doing business with this shipping carrier. In every state the have terrible reviews. 1) NOBODY is receiving packages even though tracking information shows delivered and the buyer was either home or outside at time of delivery. 2) LaserShip lies saying they investigated and that the package(s) were delivered knowing that isn’t true. 3) There are so many complaints so if you call LaserShip an automated message will basically state nobody is available due to countless calls. LaserShip are scammers they steal people packages stay away from them.

Always getting delayed packages as they cannot seem to do anything correctly. I do not understand why companies use lasership as I rather have something like FedEx. The customer service is absolutely awful as all you can do is send an email that never gets responded to.

Ordered an item online with a expected delivery date of 11/23. Lasership marked it as at their warehouse on 11/23, at 2:24am. Warehouse is 35 minutes from me. No delivery. On 11/23, 11/24, 11/26, 11/27 it was scanned and entered as "Unable to complete before 5PM." Emailed on 11/26 and no reply was given. Called and spoke with a gentleman named Eddie on 11/29, he volunteered that it was marked "Unable to complete before 5PM" before I mentioned it. I was told it was now a "High Priority" delivery that should arrive on 11/29. It did not. Marked as "Unable to complete before 5PM." Called today, 11/30, and was informed they need to "Investigate" as there was "No activity after 11/23." Investigations take "Two Business Days". WHAT???????????? Which driver stole my item???? Why did you lie???? Why has the tracking suddenly reverted to 11/23 as the last entry????? How do you know how long the investigation will take before you even start it???????? THIS COMPANY IS STEALING MERCHANDISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My package was at the Indy facility for 6 days. That's a little extreme considering I ordered 2 weeks before Thanksgiving in order to avoid the holiday back up. The website said my package was supposed to be here yesterday. I got a notification today that my package was delivered at my door. I looked outside only for to be by my gate for any Tom, Dick and Harry to open my gate and just reach in a grab it. I will double check delivery methods before I order from any company from here on out.
