“I have a hard time writing this because I’m an avid Lashify gossamer wearer. I don’t remove them even to sleep or shower and exchange them out every few weeks (yes, mine last that long-literally been wearing the same ones for 2 weeks now with no signs of real wear) or replace ones that fall off…or bond ones back that come loose from time to time.
My complaint is that yes, you have great customer service, BUT I will no longer be ordering products in mass due to the fact that I need more at one time because I don’t know my travel schedule (over $100 on last two orders) because YOU WONT LET ME PUT INSURANCE ON MY PRODUCTS. That’s ridiculous because I’ve had 3 orders lost…not my fault and probably not your fault…but who can I blame when it’s USPS that lost my package??! I can’t even blame the people who lost it with no insurance!!! You say you aren’t responsible for lost or damaged packages because you did your part, however, when you don’t allow people to get insurance on a package, IT’S 100% your fault. Those are the facts. Let us get insurance, and I promise more people would spend over $100 on orders. It’s too risky, though, without insurance.
In FACT, one of my orders was lost by USPS that I DID get insurance on because it wasn’t a subscription order, and I disputed the charge when you wouldn’t give me my money back. You then deleted my account and all my points (which how the f*** do you even use those) even though I DROPPED THE DISPUTE BECAUSE THE INSURANCE CORRECTED IT…never got my points back.
Good customer service. Good products. BAD business practices.”
“What the actual heck. When I think practice I think of things to test. They were easy to apply, easy to play with and give me time to know are they gonna last. They didn’t even last on 5 hours. I guess my idea of a practice is literally practice for a week before investing. Nope they mean practice putting them on your eyes. Not worth $50 for something I cannot even use for a week. When I reached out they sent me a video as a response… I have watched every freaking video I can find! I just wanted so good lashes that I keep hearing will last a good 10 days. Obviously this isn’t Lashify”

“I love Lashify so much! I’ve been using for over a year and have referred many people.
My only issue was I was recently advised to delete my membership account and re-sign up so there wouldn’t be issues with the new system. Well I still got my regular membership package. I also re-ordered lashes using what I thought was my new membership account but I actually wasn’t signed up for it so I paid full price. It’s kind of confusing so I emailed the help line right away to explain but I didn’t get a response.
It’s not a huge deal, it was probably my error and I know they were busy with technical issues anyway. Just wanted to give my feedback.”
