Website is horrible; impossible to find anything, terminology is inconsistent, lack of info/details on lash styles, no sort option when shopping, lashbox management is confusing. A lookbook of lash styles would be so helpful.
Customer care policies are awful; no return policy? Seriously? Example: Site maintenance wouldn't let me modify my subscription and customer care said "nothing we can do about that but have a good day!" I was stuck with $80 in lashes that hurt my eye shape. Also, Whisper Light applicator broke within 2 months and I was forced to reorder- no replacement was offered.
Right now, I love love love the product so I'll suffer through everything else, and hope that they eventually get a better grasp on customer needs before I hop to someone else.”

Each time, the lashes were falling off before I could make it out of my front door. It seems that the adhesive that comes with the kit does stick very well. The last time i tried wearing them, I was out and realized about 2 hours later that all but 2 had fallen off. I was hoping that your product would solve my lash problems but it failed me.”
Hi Tyrice, if your lashes aren't lasting there is a problem with application. We can help you figure it out. They should NEVER EVER be falling off within two hours. If that is happening we can guarantee you that there is an issue with how they are being applied.
