“Quality of lashes are above all competition. What really has been the game changer for me? The customer service has been easy to get a hold of when something happens. The customer service reps are super nice as well. With that said, I’ve been a customer for several years and luckily I rarely need to contact CS as I haven’t had many issues that needed to be resolved.”

Seems like a money grab. they are also crazy pricy. Back to glue on or extensions for me. Cheaper and they actually stay on.”
