“Sadly the customer service is unreliable. Wanted to purchase a super king mattress and needed to speak with an agent for advice/guidance. After waiting on call for period of time, got transferred to voicemail. Left my details and requested a callback, but disappointingly, 3 days later, never happened. Maybe thats a good things, as now realise the risks of purchasing where the customer service is poor to non existent.”

“We purchased few weeks ago an organic mattress "Original Organic Latex Mattress" from Latex Sense. The delivery was fast and came in 2 days. They also brought the mattress to our apartment (since it's pretty heavy). Once we opened packaging (which was only some plastic wrap) the mattress easily inflated and acquired its natural height. It didn't smell at all and we were able to sleep on the same days. Very comfortable and soft (we ordered the medium firmness). It's been almost a month but we are very satisfied and happy. Great value for the price and quality, since it's all organic and made with 100% organic natural Dunlop latex, organic cotton and organic wool cover.”
