“I had ordered a dress and it didn’t realise the shipping date was after I needed the dress. After talking to Amanda from the customer services team she was very helpful and managed to find the dress I wanted and got it shipped straight away.”

“Great customer service. When my discount code wasn't working they sent me a new one with an additional 10%. And when I refunded the items because they didn't fit, they were speedy at helping me with a refunds query.”

“Although I initially had difficulty get through via the portal, I telephoned the contact number and left a message for a call back and Amanda at lavish Alice called me back and resolved all my issues super efficiently and effectively, really great customer service, thank you Amanda. Note to everyone , when you telephone , wait for answerphone and leave your name and number , you will 100% get a call back and resolve your enquiry.”

“I placed an order, however I forgot to add my student discount on as I was in a hurry. I emailed and I have been refunded my student discount amount within 3 days of my order. The team were so helpful. I’ll definitely order from this company again. Thank you!!”
