“Placed an order and was expecting 2 dresses to arrive. However one turned up as the other was out of stock 🤦🏽‍♀️. Needed the dress for a wedding. Contacted customer service who quickly resolved the problem. Lavish Alice dresses are great quality and their customer service is excellent. No long waiting times and fast refunds! I will definitely order again despite my previous problem. Thank you Amanda 🙂”

“I needed a weeding guest outfit for my Brothers wedding. I tried so many online companies and sent items back. Lavish Alice has to have been the best fit and cut of dress. I’m totally in love with it. Packaged lovely too. I had to order a bigger size so sent one dress back return & refund processed very quickly. Customer service was great. I’m definitely ordering again from Lavish Alice. Excellent company!”
