“I purchased these water bottles expecting decent quality, but unfortunately, they were very poorly made and not fit for use. I returned them promptly, only to have the seller refuse to issue a full refund. Even though the listing clearly stated "free postage," they deducted £6 (total purchase amount as £14) from my refund, which is misleading and unfair. This was a very disappointing experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I would not recommend this seller.”
