“I had a very disappointing experience with this college.
I requested a refund of £5,000 over one year ago, but to this day, the payment has still not been made. Throughout this entire period, communication has been extremely poor — I received only a couple of responses, and no meaningful action was taken.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the matter was ignored until I was forced to take legal action. Only after enforcement proceedings were initiated did the college begin to respond, which raises serious concerns about their professionalism and commitment to students.
Delaying a refund for more than a year is completely unacceptable and reflects a clear breach of trust and responsibility.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before enrolling or making payments, as my experience shows a lack of reliability when it comes to financial obligations.”
“I would like to formally state that my visa was refused by the embassy on 27 March 2025. Despite this, LCPS has failed to refund my tuition fee, and more than one year has now passed without any resolution.
This delay is completely unacceptable and shows a clear breach of contract. The institution has not fulfilled its obligations and has continued to delay my rightful refund without valid justification. Their actions demonstrate dishonesty and a lack of professionalism.
I strongly warn others to be aware of such practices, as my experience shows that they do not honor their commitments and fail to treat students fairly.”
