Good Afternoon, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the course but can assure you that the half day course you attended was indeed a Face Fit Train the Trainer course and the certificate we issued to you is proof of this. The content of the course has a large practical element which demonstrates to you how to conduct face fit tests yourself on colleagues. We also provide you with a USB and kit in order for you to do your own tests. We conduct basic face fit tests ourselves so if yours had been just a basic face fit demonstration you would have been here for less than half hour.
