“ His help ended there though as he seemingly disappeared from the chain (despite always being on copy) and made no attempt to actually ensure his department heads did anything to resolve our issues other than offer £50 refund which, when considering delivery alone of the doors was £40, is an insultingly low amount to make up for the poor quality and the amount of work needing to be undertaken to make these doors work (full repaint, filling etc). ”
