When I reached out to customer service, I said I would like to leave an honest review for this experience and their QC process to catch accounts leveled up through "botting". They responded with "Go ahead bud, I have 50 other people to deal with". Super unprofessional and rude, then called me "stupid" and closed the chat window before I could screenshot, wouldn't let me re-open the chat, and gave me no resolution as to how I could go about getting a new account or issuing a refund.”
