“I want to tell you a little about support. The guys respond quickly and try to help. But sometimes it feels like they don’t fully understand the problem. It happens that they answer in a formulaic manner, and because of this you have to explain several times.”

While I'm grateful for the efforts of the customer support team in addressing my concerns it would be preferable if the website's functionality could be enhanced promptly. This way individuals wouldn't have to contend with persistent technical difficulties in the first place.”
