“Absolute worst customer service - our school USC used them for our globe London trip and they don’t give a dam about your preference.
I’ve contacted them over 30x 3 months out from our trip to adjust my seats and upgrade. They never responded. Booked my ticket, and I had to sit in basic economy in the middle seat for 10hrs. I wouldn’t be as frustrated if that’s what I wanted to pay for, but I was willing to pay premium. Additionally my hotel experience was terrible, they booked my wife and I two twin beds instead of a king as I requested. Never recommend using their services.”
