“DO NOT BUY from http://www.lecoqsportif.us.org/ if a seller does not offer a real address or phone number, and you realize on the invoice that it is from China, it is likely a scam. This is what happened to me with this company....they make it look VERY real. Has anyone tried ordering from this site? I ordered two items, and now I've had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back, because I am obviously not getting my items from this "fake" company”

“Your courier company service must be the worst and most useless in the world, they failed to deliver my order, and gave a pathetic excuse for failing to do their work. I had to go and collect the item from their offices. Not even a single one of them bothered to apologize for the pathetic service and the great inconvenience that they caused me. I am never ever buying from your shop again. Bad bad bad bad extremely bad service.”

“I have placed an order on Lecoqsportif.ca on NOV 10 2021 for few items for Christ mas . Apparently this is some kind of a scam they took my money and i have waited for a month and received nothing not even a tracking number or anything I even e mailed them nothing. this is a scam. i am trying to reach Le Coq Sportif for a refund or some kinfd of a compensation nothing!! PAYPAL took my money immediately what a shame Paypal on it as well all crooks”

“I ordered two sport pants, however today I received an Email, that one of them is not in the order (despite I paid both). I'm really surprised, because they had them on stock still and I would prefer to get them instead of money back. so if I order now the second ones again so I must pay delivery twice, that’t inappropriate of course. It plays of course the worst role in sense of customer's loyalty and the brand impression. Never again!”

“DO NOT ORDER IF YOU THINK YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN. The returns process for this company is an absolute shambles, they use an outside company to deal with their returns, you can expect the parcel to be picked up any day Monday-Friday anytime between 9-6. Obviously this doesn’t suit the majority of people who aren’t in the house freely available any day of the week. If you miss your delivery slot, it’s entirely in your hands to ring up the delivery company and reschedule a pick up date, sounds straight forward but believe me it is not. You have to print out piles of paperwork to sign, all with no guarantee the parcel will even be delivered, their terms and conditions state if the parcel cannot be delivered they will sell or destroy the items. LE COQ SPORTIF CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT RESPOND. Don’t risk losing your money and time.”

“Hello, I'm very happy with their products but their customer service is very bad. I returned a pair of trainers but I never got a confirmation that they were well received and checked and the refund would be proceeded. I've sent several emails but only received an automatic reply saying their usual blabla but nothing else. I really like their trainers but won't buy theirs anymore, I've been very disappointed with their service.”
